Combine the TTM-925001 Gluten Free Donut Mix, butter, egg liquid, and ice water in a mixing bowl. Mix on low speed, then increase to medium speed until smooth.
Tip: Keep the dough temperature under 20°C to avoid difficulty forming the dough

Dough Shaping
Place the dough in a piping bag and freeze for 1 hour.
Tip: Use a star-shaped nozzle for best results

Churros Frying
Cut the frozen dough into strips.
Fry the churros, submerging with a mesh for even puffing, and fry for around 6 minutes.

Churros Decoration
Melt the three types of chocolate and dip the churros in them. Add decorative ingredients and wait for the coating to harden
